Candidate Requirements
To join the AELS candidate network, applicants should generally meet the following requirements:
✓ At least three years of relevant work experience
✓ Appropriate qualifications, licences or tickets for the occupation
✓ Current Australian work rights
✓ English-language proficiency equivalent to at least IELTS 5.0, where applicable
✓ Availability to work in Victoria
✓ A current CV outlining relevant experience and qualifications
